After studying at the Technical University of Central Hesse in Gießen, Ms. Mandru-Meyer began her professional career as a tax assistant at a medium-sized tax consultancy in Gießen in 2014. She was appointed as a tax advisor in 2019.

In October 2020, Ms. Mandru-Meyer started working as a tax advisor at DORNBACH GmbH. In 2022, she was appointed as an authorized signatory and has been serving as Managing Director since 2023. As of January 1, 2024, Ms. Mandru-Meyer has been a Managing Partner of DORNBACH GmbH, Bad Homburg, and was appointed as a certified public accountant in June 2024.

Throughout her career, Ms. Mandru-Meyer has primarily been responsible for annual and consolidated financial statement audits for medium-sized and large companies/groups of all legal forms, as well as tax and business consulting for medium-sized companies of various sizes and legal forms.

Her main areas of expertise include tax and business consulting for medium-sized companies from various industries, particularly those in the IT, automotive, service, wholesale, and real estate sectors. She also possesses extensive expertise in sustainability reporting.
