For many years, DORNBACH has been intensively involved in public economic law, in particular in the awarding of public contracts as well as in grant and subsidy situations. We focus on advice to municipal regional authorities and municipal companies on devising legally safe larger acquisition procedures and on financing public service tasks. Another central point for us is the optimisation of inter-municipality cooperation. 

With many years of experience, the DORNBACH legal experts accompany and support invitations to tender for all public contracting authorities according to national and European regulations: from drawing up the performance specifications and the selection criteria to realising the announcement and to preparing for the award of contract decision. If required, we will also represent our clients in procurement law verification procedures in procurement tribunals and in court.
