Dipl.-Kaufmann Joachim Fricke

After completing his business administration studies at the University of Paderborn (specialising in balance sheets, finance and taxes), Mr Joachim Fricke, who now acts as an auditor and tax consultant, started his professional career at the business consulting firm Arthur Andersen Mittelstandsberatung in Eschborn/Frankfurt in 1993. He initially began his professional career there as an audit assistant/tax consulting assistant (1993–1997) and was then promoted to the position of authorised signatory which he held until 2001. In 1998, Mr Fricke was appointed as a tax consultant and as an auditor in 2000.

In 2001, Mr Fricke became self-employed and joined the tax consulting firm FRP Steuerberatungs GmbH and the former auditing company Dr. Kruse Dr. Hilberseimer und Partner, where he has been managing partner/partner ever since.

Since 1 July 2022, Mr Fricke has also been working for DORNBACH Hessen.

In the course of his professional career, Mr Fricke has been entrusted with audits of annual and consolidated financial statements of medium-sized and large companies/groups of companies of all legal forms that prepare their accounts in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), IFRS and US-GAAP. Some of these companies were also listed on the stock exchange.

In addition, Mr Fricke is also active in the field of company valuations and offers all auditing and consulting activities related to private equity companies and funds.

Due diligence activities in connection with the purchase and sale of companies are also part of Mr Fricke’s field of activity. Furthermore, Mr Fricke supports wealthy private clients in all succession planning matters.
